Actions package for Femora.

This package contains runtime action component classes that generate procedural TCL commands in the OpenSees simulation workflow, such as wiping the domain, resetting analysis configurations, or updating material parameters.

Normal runtime usage should go through the Model actions manager entry points under the model.actions namespace. Direct imports from this package are mainly useful for typed references, tests, and low-level component work.
