Fiber section components and discretization helpers for Femora.

This subpackage contains general fiber sections plus patch, layer, and fiber building blocks used to discretize arbitrary cross sections.

Normal runtime usage should go through model.section.fiber.<factory>(...) on a Model instance, for example model.section.fiber.section(...) or model.section.fiber.rc(...).
